Två systrars sötaInspired by the success of The Cookbook Café (2000-2007), Lisa and Monica released their debut cookbook entitled Two Sisters’ Sweets. This collection of 170 dessert recipes draws upon their favorite and most requested sweets, including: pear and ginger cake; rhubarb and elderberry crumble, rosehip pannacotta; cinnamon bread pudding; avocado ice cream; lemon yoghurt ice cream; lime and coconut merengue pie; black currant pie; red beet cake with saffron frosting; muscovado cookies with crushed espresso beans; baklava, melon and cranberry soup; and white chocolate cream with fresh berries. Each dish is beautifully photographed by Helen Pé.
